Awesome customer service. I didn't order the correct length and realized it before the gold chain shipped. I was immediately helped and was so happy, then realized I went too small!!! I called back and again I was immediately helped and after a good laugh got the correct gold chain shipped! I was very, very happy!!! We were having problems finding a gold chain for my son. When I placed the order, I forgot to choose express shipping and so I called to add that to my order. The person I spoke with was so great, she upgraded the shipping at no cost and said if these didn't work to call back and they'd get another pair to us before the deadline. PriceRock is the best! I have to say that PriceRock is one of the fastest chain delivery companies that I have ever dealt with. I ordered the diamond cut rope chain on Sat 8/23 for a wedding that my sister was having on Fri 8/29 and it arrived on Monday! I have to say that I was so impressed. The chain itself is one of the prettiest gold chains that I have seen in a long time. It matched the gold chains that the bridesmaids were wearing. I am not only happy with my purchase, but the chain itself was the talk of the wedding.
